It's No Use Crying Over Spilt Milk.

Rising

10 a.m.
A Slice of Toast, Bacon and Eggs and A Cream Puff

12 p.m.
Fried Noodle (with Many Vegetables)

4 p.m.
McDonald's Set Menu(A Bacon & Lettuce Hamburger, Fried potatoes) and Two Cans of Beer(350ml)

7 p.m.
A Piece of Steamed Chicken, Many Steamed Vegetables(with Ponzu Vinegar) , Chinese Soup and A Bowl of Rice

8 p.m.
Some Cans of Beer(350ml)

Now
I'm afraid to step on my scale.

トースト一枚とベーコンエッグとシュークリーム1個

午後12:00
焼きそば(たっぷり野菜入り)

午後4時
マックのセット(ベーコンレタスバーガーとポテト)とビール(350ml)2本

午後7時
蒸し鶏とたっぷりの蒸し野菜(ポン酢にて)と中華スープとご飯一膳

午後8時
ビール(350ml)を何本か

現在
体重計に乗るのが怖い
